We are looking for someone organised, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of facility-related responsibilities.\nThe person should be able to coordinate with internal teams and external service providers, maintain records, manage routine purchases, and ensure that employees have a clean, safe, and well-maintained workplace.\nKey responsibilities:\nManage day-to-day office facilities and ensure smooth workplace operations.\nCoordinate with vendors for housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, pest control, security, and other services as required.\n\nMonitor vendor performance, service quality, timelines, and pending requests.\n\nCoordinate repairs and maintenance for office infrastructure, furniture, electrical fittings, plumbing, and air-conditioning.\n\nManage office supplies, pantry inventory, and other procurement requirements.\n\nObtain quotations, compare prices, coordinate purchases, and follow up on deliveries.\n\nTrack invoices, expenses, vendor contracts, and service agreements.\n\nCoordinate with building management and external service providers to resolve facility-related issues.\n\nMaintain records of office assets, inventory, maintenance schedules, requirements.\n\nSupport office events, seating arrangements, visitor requirements, and office setup activities when needed.\n\nMaintain relevant documentation and support workplace safety and compliance requirements applicable to the office.\n\nDesired Skills and Experience:\n2-3+ years of experience in facility management, office administration, workplace operations, or a similar role.\n\nHands-on experience managing vendors and coordinating facility-related services.\n\nExperience handling maintenance, housekeeping, pantry, office supplies, or general office operations.\n\nGood communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.\n\nBasic knowledge of procurement, quotations, invoices, and expense tracking.\n\nWorking knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic office tools.\n\nAbility to manage multiple responsibilities and resolve day-to-day issues independently.\n\nStrong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a practical problem-solving approach.\n\nGood to have:\nExperience working in a corporate office, startup, or growing organisation.\n\nExperience managing multiple vendors or service providers.\n\nExposure to annual maintenance contracts (AMCs), purchase orders, and vendor agreements.\n\nFamiliarity with workplace safety, emergency procedures, and facility documentation.\n\nExperience supporting office
