Some of the perks you’ll enjoy:\nBi-annual performance appraisals\nA culture that rewards initiative, curiosity, and impact\nIf you're looking for a place where you can make a real difference while working with smart, driven, and genuinely nice people, welcome to Consent-In by Leegality.\nLocation: GGN/MUM/BGL (On-Site)\nResponsibilities:\nManage SMB Demo and Implementation deals for Leegality Consentin, with a primary focus and special emphasis on supporting Free plan users.\n\nAssist Enterprise clients on implementation and deployment activities on the side as a secondary responsibility.\n\nGuide SMB customers through self-service setup, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure quick go-live and fast Time to Value.\n\nGather feedback on product experience during the entire customer lifecycle via targeted surveys.\n\nIdentify risks proactively, mitigate and escalate as deemed appropriate.\n\nRequirements :\n1-2 years of experience in Tech products, SaaS, or Cloud products.\n\nPrior exposure to customer onboarding, product demos, technical support, or pre-sales is preferred.\n\nUnderstanding of APIs and basic general technical architecture and components is a must : Good to have development experience in ReST APIs, JavaScript and JSON/XML data structure\n\nUnderstanding of kubernetes, docker and deployment workflows is preferred\n\nUnderstanding of infrastructure components - databases, queues, api gateways, firewalls etc. is preferred. \n\nWillingness to learn on-premise deployment concepts and assist senior team members on enterprise accounts.\n\nUnderstanding of BFSI would be preferred.\n\nFluency in English is a must;
