You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers and get the opportunity to take ownership of roles from sourcing to closure.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and identify relevant candidates through Internshala, Naukri, Referrals, and other channels.\n\nScreen candidates and conduct initial conversations to assess fit and interest.\n\nCoordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.\n\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and drive roles forward.\n\nManage candidate follow-ups, feedback, and interview processes.\n\nSupport offer coordination, documentation, and keep the candidate engaged till onboarding.\n\nAssist fellow recruiters with their day-to-day recruitment tasks whenever required.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nGood organizational and follow-up skills.\n\nAbility to multitask and manage multiple requirements.\n\nProactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take ownership.\n\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nBasic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.\n\nPrior recruitment/HR experience is a plus, but not mandatory.\n\nWhat You’ll Learn\nEnd-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.\n\nSourcing, screening, and candidate management.\n\nWorking with hiring managers and stakeholders.\n\nInterview coordination and offer management.\n\nBuilding and managing recruitment pipelines.\n\nHiring Process : \nTo effectively evaluate your application, it is important that we get to know you better.
