Senior QA Engineer

Join Lefty, a fast-scaling company, as our first dedicated QA engineer. In this founding role, you will build the QA function from the ground up, starting with defining testing guidelines and designing the automated-testing plan. You will work across multiple engineering squads to embed quality practices product-wide. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, strong manual/exploratory testing skills, and is comfortable with both frontend and backend code.

Missions

• Definir las pautas de prueba para el equipo y diseñar el plan de pruebas automatizadas.
• Establecer la cobertura de extremo a extremo en los flujos de usuario de mayor riesgo y poner en marcha la lista de verificación de lanzamiento.
• Construir la cobertura de pruebas automatizadas, comenzando con las flujos de mayor valor, y conectar las pruebas a nivel de API.

Profil recherché

### Technical Skills

* Strong manual/exploratory testing and bug reporting discipline.

* Hands-on with an E2E framework (Playwright, Cypress).

* API testing experience; comfortable with gRPC tooling or able to ramp quickly.

* Comfortable reading frontend (Angular) and backend (Java) code to reason about root cause.

* Experience wiring automated tests into CI/CD (GitLab CI) so they gate releases.
