We’re looking for hybrid Customer Experience Representatives to join our Transfers Out team in Cardiff.\nYou do not need previous pensions experience or formal qualifications. We’ll provide full training, so what matters most is your attention to detail, confidence using computers and ability to communicate clearly in writing.\nSalary £24,720.\nWhat you'll be doing:\nManaging an allocated queue of pension transfer cases\nReviewing requests and supporting information for accuracy and completeness\nProcessing transfer-out requests in line with agreed procedures\nRecording customer and case information accurately\nPreparing completed cases for authorisation\nCommunicating clearly with customers and colleagues\nIdentifying missing or incorrect information and taking appropriate action\nFollowing internal processes and regulatory requirements to support good customer outcomes\nWho we're looking for:\nStrong written communication skills\nExcellent attention to detail\nConfidence using computers and learning new systems\nAbility to organise and prioritise your workload\nA responsible approach to handling customer information\nWillingness to follow processes and ask for support when needed\nA collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships\nCommitment to delivering fair and accurate outcomes for customers\nWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
