We are looking for a Data and Analytics Lead to develop and evolve the reporting, analytics and insight capability within our Retail Controls Office.\nYou will act as a technical specialist and trusted partner, turning complex governance, operational, customer and risk data into useful insight. You will help simplify reporting, automate manual activity and create scalable dashboards and data products that support business management, governance oversight and better customer outcomes.\nThis is an individual-contributor role with broad influence. It would suit someone who enjoys combining hands-on technical delivery with stakeholder consulting and has the confidence to shape how an organisation uses its data.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nCollaborating with data leaders from across the business\nPartnering with stakeholders to understand priorities and define analytical requirements\nAutomating reporting and reducing manual processes and duplication\nAnalysing operational, customer, governance and risk data to identify trends and emerging issues\nDesigning dashboards, visualisations, data models and analytical products\nEstablishing controls over data definitions, calculations and transformation logic\nImproving the accuracy, accessibility and reusability of management information\nWho we’re looking for:\nAdvanced experience using Power BI, Tableau or an equivalent visualisation tool\nStrong SQL capability and experience building and maintaining complex datasets\nExperience using Python, Power Automate or similar technologies to improve reporting processes\nExperience designing data models, reporting frameworks and dashboard solutions\nThe ability to translate business requirements into practical analytical products\nExperience working with governance, risk, regulatory or operational data in a regulated environment\nStrong stakeholder-management and consulting skills\nThe ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences\nWhatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
