We act as an embedded legal function, helping organisations reduce external legal spend, manage risk, and operate more efficiently.\nAs the Outbound BDR, you’ll be responsible for driving top-of-funnel activity and generating qualified sales opportunities for the Enterprise sales team. You’ll engage senior legal, finance and people leaders, introduce the Desk Extension model, and secure meetings for our Account Executives (AEs).\nThis is a great opportunity to work with high-quality leads, deepen your understanding of enterprise sales, build your commercial confidence, and have the opportunity to progress towards an AE role.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nRun outbound prospecting campaigns into LegalVision’s enterprise account list\nIdentify and qualify leads across key industries including aged care, tech, franchising, and infrastructure\nBook discovery meetings with GCs, CFOs, and People & Culture leaders\nWrite and execute multi-channel outreach sequences (phone, email, LinkedIn)\nTrack activity, lead quality, and meeting outcomes in our CRM (Habitat)\nCollaborate closely with AEs to ensure strong meeting handover and follow-through\nAttend enterprise events and roundtables to support relationship-building and lead gen\nShare market feedback to refine targeting and messaging\nOur Ideal Candidate\n1+ year of outbound sales or BDR experience, ideally in B2B services, SaaS or legal\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nConfidence in speaking with senior executives and managing objections\nHigh activity levels and strong organisational skills\nExperience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and CRM tools\nInterest in the legal sector, sales development, and enterprise environments\nFull work rights in England\nThe Perks\nCompetitive base salary and uncapped commission structure\nReal progression opportunities for high performers\n25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)\nContractual sick pay, birthday leave, and enhanced maternity and paternity leave\nAnnual health and wellbeing allowance\nBudget to spend on external learning and development opportunities\nRegular team socials, drinks and celebrations\nApply Today\nIf this sounds like the type of opportunity you have been looking for to accelerate your career, we’d love to hear from you!
