# Manager: Business Development

Purpose LegalWise seeks to employ a Manager: Business Development who will be responsible for establishing and maintaining an Agency (Independent Contractors) Force, New Business Sales and Processing, Business Development and Support to LegalWise employees. You will be responsible for: Generating sustainable premium income through targeted field sales productivity, in existing and new markets within a geographic trading area. Maintain and increase the sales focus on quality Stop Order sales within the Persal / Persol markets. Maintain and recruit Independent Contractors to ensure the required manpower quota is achieved. Ensure daily/weekly/monthly agreed productivity is achieved per Independent Contractor. Motivating and addressing any shortfalls per Independent Contractor. Ensuring legal compliance with all regulatory bodies. Meeting production targets and reporting performance against agreed budget and how will the variances be addressed. Meet the minimum quota’s by negotiating and maintaining new and existing payroll deduction facilities. With a penetration plan to achieve the agreed production targets. Managing projects, SLA’s.
