Plumbing Engineering Interns will work alongside experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in both office and field settings while contributing to active client projects.\nKey Responsibilities\nAs a Plumbing Engineering Intern, you will:\nAssist engineers with plumbing design tasks for building projects.\nSupport the development and modification of engineering drawings.\nAssist with the design and layout of plumbing systems.\nAttend and assist with field surveys and construction inspections.\nAssist with the review of contractor shop drawings.\nDevelop an understanding of plumbing systems and their application within building projects.\nGain familiarity with applicable building and plumbing codes and standards.\nConduct research and analysis to support project development.\nMaintain accurate project documentation and assist with reports and project updates.\nCollaborate with engineers and other project team members to support project goals and deadlines.\nParticipate in training and learning opportunities to develop technical and professional skills.\nDesired Skills and Experience\nCurrently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field.\nJunior standing preferred.\nFamiliarity with AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, and/or Revit.\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nStrong attention to detail.\nWillingness to learn.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.\nAdditional Information\nPlease note that relocation or housing assistance is not available
