You'll work with local stakeholders to find the opportunities, then build and run the agents and automations that give people capacity back. You'll also coach teams to build simple wins for themselves. For larger builds you'll work alongside Engineering, who are close at hand, and you'll stay the business owner.\nThis is an business led operator role. You'll be judged on hours released, how reliably your agents run, and what the business does with the time you free up.\nWe value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.\nYour Impact:\nWork with team leads to map how work really gets done, then rank AI and automation opportunities by hours released and business value. Fix the process first, and say so when AI is the wrong answer.\nDesign and build practical agents and workflows, and coach teams to build the simpler ones themselves. Partner with Engineering on larger or production-grade builds.\nTest every solution properly and connect it to approved tools and systems before it goes live.\nOwn live agents end to end: documented, monitored, secured and maintained, with a named human reviewer wherever outputs matter. For agents in our SOX environment, work with Finance and our control owners so they run under proper change control, access controls and audit trail. Keep an agent register covering owner, purpose, access, cost and performance, and retire what doesn't earn its place.\nWork with the People and Talent teams to bring AI into HR and recruiting workflows.\nDrive adoption with team leads and report hours released against an agreed baseline.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nA business mindset: you can map a workflow, spot waste and improve the process before deciding whether AI is the answer.\nProven delivery of AI agents, automations or workflow solutions in live business use, past prototype, with a result you can put a number on. You can build simple solutions yourself and brief Engineering clearly on the rest.\nSound judgment on risk: data, access, accuracy, human review and ongoing maintenance, and comfort working within approved tools and security rules.\nClear communication with non-technical colleagues and senior stakeholders, and the ability to win adoption without formal authority.\nEnd-to-end ownership, fast iteration and evidence that your work improved business outcomes.\nHands-on experience with Claude, n8n or similar platforms is useful.
