Through this strategic partnership, we combine complementary expertise and capabilities to advance innovative immunotherapies for patients living with multiple myeloma.\nLegend Biotech is seeking an IT Project Coordinator (Contractor) as part of the IT team based in Bridgewater, NJ.\nRole Overview\nThe IT Project Coordinator supports the Global IT Project and Portfolio Management organization in planning, coordinating, and delivering small-scale, lower-complexity IT projects. The role also provides portfolio reporting, governance support, and administrative coordination across the global IT project portfolio. Working closely with project and program managers, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners, the coordinator helps maintain project discipline, improves visibility into delivery performance, and supports consistent execution of project management standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Delivery: Coordinate small-scale IT projects from initiation through closure, including scope, schedule, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.\nProject Planning: Develop and maintain project plans, meeting schedules, status updates, decision logs, risk and issue logs, and other required project documentation.\nPortfolio Reporting: Collect, validate, consolidate, and analyze project data to prepare recurring portfolio dashboards, status reports, milestone summaries, resource views, and management presentations.\nGovernance Support: Support intake, prioritization, project reviews, and compliance with Global IT project and portfolio management standards, templates, and processes.\nFinancial Tracking: Assist with monitoring project budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and actual expenditures; identify variances and escalate concerns to the appropriate project or portfolio lead.\nMeeting Coordination: Organize project and portfolio meetings, prepare agendas and materials, document decisions and action items, and follow up with owners to support timely completion.\nStakeholder Coordination: Facilitate communication among project managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and regional teams across time zones.\nData Quality: Maintain accurate and timely information in project portfolio management tools, repositories, and reporting systems.\nRisk and Issue Management: Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and overdue actions; support mitigation planning and timely escalation.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline reporting, templates, workflows, and project coordination practices across the Global IT organization.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, project management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.\nTwo or more years of experience in project coordination, project administration, PMO support, business operations, or a related role.\nDemonstrated ability to coordinate small projects or defined workstreams and manage multiple priorities in a structured environment.\nWorking knowledge of project management fundamentals, including scope, schedules, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and change control.\nStrong analytical skills and experience preparing accurate reports, dashboards, presentations, and management updates.\nProficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.\nStrong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.\nEffective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work across technical and nontechnical teams.\nAbility to collaborate in a global, cross-functional environment and coordinate activities across multiple time zones.\nAbility to handle sensitive project, financial, and organizational information with appropriate discretion.\nExperience supporting a global IT PMO or Project and Portfolio Management organization.\nExperience with project portfolio management, work management, or reporting tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or Power BI.\nExposure to IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, digital workplace, data, or business transformation projects.\nUnderstanding of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.\nCAPM, PRINCE2 Foundation, Certified ScrumMaster, or a comparable project management credential.\nPlease note: These benefits are offered exclusively to permanent full-time employees.
