Through this strategic partnership, we combine complementary expertise and capabilities to advance innovative immunotherapies for patients living with multiple myeloma.\nLegend Biotech is seeking a Receptionist as part of the Administrative team based in Somerset, NJ.\nRole Overview\nLegend Biotech requires the temporary services of a receptionist to assist in executing reception and site services at the Somerset site. \nKey Responsibilities\nFront Desk & Visitor Management\nGreet, welcome, register, and direct visitors, guests, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.\nAdminister the visitor badge and access process in accordance with site security procedures.\nMonitor visitor activity and ensure appropriate access protocols are followed.\nMonitor security cameras and alarms and promptly escalate security or facility-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.\nMaintain a professional and organized reception area.\nTelephone & Communication\nDirect calls and voicemails to the appropriate individual or department.\nProvide general information and assistance to employees, visitors, and callers as appropriate, and escalate as necessary.\nMail & Office Support\nReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to employees and departments.\nAssist with outgoing mail and package distribution as needed.\nSupport general administrative activities and office operations assigned.\nSnack Program & Office Supplies\nAssist with administering the office coffee, snacks, and office supplies programs.\nMonitor inventory levels, stock, communicate replenishment needs and order replacement items.\nSupport coordination with vendors and service providers as needed.\nCatering & Meeting Support\nSupport catering requests for meetings and events at the Somerset office. Offer back-up at the Bridgewater location.\nCoordinate catering orders based on meeting requirements, attendance, timing, and location.\nAssist with ordering, receiving, and setting up catering for meetings and events.\nEnsure catering areas are properly prepared prior to meetings.\nAssist with breakdown and cleanup following meetings and events.\nGeneral Responsibilities\nProvide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and guests.\nMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling information and site activities.\nFollow established company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and security protocols.\nPerform other departmental duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.\nTeam & service orientated mindset\nPosition will report to and receive operational direction and oversight from Legend Biotech Hiring Manager\nRequirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\n\nPrevious receptionist/Office service experience preferred.\n\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\n\nProfessional and friendly presentation and customer service.\n\nExcellent organizational and time-management skills.\n\nAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with employees and cross-functional teams.\n\nPlease note: These benefits are offered exclusively to permanent full-time employees.
