Through this strategic partnership, we combine complementary expertise and capabilities to advance innovative immunotherapies for patients living with multiple myeloma.\nLegend Biotech is seeking a Treasury Analyst (Contractor) as part of the Finance team based in Bridgewater, NJ.\nRole Overview\nPerforming in a fast-paced environment, the Treasury Analyst will be a key member of Legend’s Treasury organization. This role will have unique exposure to various levels of the business through participation in cash management, forecasting, reporting, and improvement initiatives. This is a contract role of 9+ months duration.\nKey Responsibilities\nPreparation of cash forecasts, Intercompany funding & FX position projections.\nReviewing and supporting liquidity optimization and FX management.\nPreparing management reporting; actual performance, cash management targets, quarterly forecasting, monthly CFO reporting and long-range planning.\nWorking closely with Treasury leadership to prepare executive level presentations providing insightful analysis for key stakeholders.\nSupport opening/closing of bank accounts and bank account mandates.\nAdminister online banking systems.\nParticipating in the Vendor onboarding compliance process.\nAdministering and supporting the corporate card and travel accounts.\nParticipate in internal and external audit reviews, information requests and process walkthroughs as needed.\nDeveloping and implementing methods and strategies to continually improve processes and enhance controls.\nSupport month-end close activities as needed.\nAd hoc responsibilities and projects as required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s Degree required; a major in Accounting or Finance preferred.\nProfessional certifications/membership (ACT/IACT).\nProfessional certification (CFA/CMA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) preferred.\nMBA or Advanced Degrees preferred.\nA minimum of 3 years of progressive Treasury experience.\nExperience in a Global environment.\nPrior life sciences industry experience is preferred.\nKnowledge of SOX financial controls on Accounting and Reporting processes is preferred.\nAbility to partner and collaborate with all levels of the organization.\nAbility to prioritize, manage time effectively and escalate issues appropriately.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nComplex modeling, forecasting and valuation capabilities with focus on tracking key assumptions.\nHigh proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel & PowerPoint) required; Excellent data management and reporting skills required.\nHigh proficiency with business reporting and analysis tools (Anaplan or OneStream preferred).\nKnowledge of common business and financial drivers and deep-dive analysis.\nExperience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and project management.\nExperience in ERP systems (SAP, etc) strongly preferred.\nPlease note: These benefits are offered exclusively to permanent full-time employees.
