Here's a snapshot of your core responsibilities: \nDevelop and optimize production plans: You craft detailed production schedules, aligning with clinical and commercial demand forecasts to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain. You constantly strive to optimize planning and scheduling. \nMaterial and resource coordination: You monitor material consumption and coordinate the release of process orders, ensuring materials are available when needed so that production targets are met. \nStakeholder management and strategy alignment: You build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across manufacturing, operations planning, procurement, ... to facilitate seamless production flows. You closely collaborate with other planners to align and execute the overall supply chain strategy. We challenge you to think critically with us about developing strategic planning methodologies and tools that ensure scalable, sustainable operations that can handle increased demand. \nPerformance Monitoring: You keep a close eye on progress against the plan, identifying potential disruptions and working proactively to devise contingency strategies. \nReporting and communication: You prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and other communications to keep all stakeholders informed of planning statuses and initiatives.\nWho are we looking for?\nEducation:\nYou have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, a related field of study or equivalent work experience. \n\nExperience:\nYou have at least 2 years of experience in a supply chain or operations role, preferably within a cGMP environment in the biotech or pharma sector. \n\nLanguages: \nYou are fluent in Dutch and/or English with strong written and oral communication skills. \n\nStrengths:\nYou have rock-solid analytical skills. You know how to interpret complex data and how to transform challenges into opportunities. \n\nYou are highly organized and capable of prioritizing and multitasking. \n\nYou enjoy working independently but you are also a real people person.
