Hieronder een overzicht van je kernverantwoordelijkheden:\nOntwikkelen en optimaliseren van productieplannen\nJe stelt gedetailleerde productie- en planningsschema’s op, afgestemd op klinische en commerciële vraagvoorspellingen, om een ononderbroken supply chain te garanderen. Je zoekt continu naar optimalisaties in planning en scheduling.\nMateriaal- en resourcecoördinatie\nJe volgt het materiaalverbruik op en coördineert de vrijgave van procesorders, zodat materialen tijdig beschikbaar zijn en productiedoelstellingen worden behaald.\nStakeholdermanagement en strategische afstemming\nJe bouwt en onderhoudt sterke relaties met stakeholders binnen manufacturing, operations planning, procurement, … om vlotte productieflows te verzekeren. Je werkt nauw samen met andere planners om de overkoepelende supply chain-strategie af te stemmen en uit te voeren. Daarnaast dagen we je uit om kritisch mee na te denken over strategische planningsmethodes en tools die schaalbare en duurzame operaties ondersteunen bij toenemende vraag.\nPrestatiemonitoring\nJe volgt de voortgang ten opzichte van het plan nauwgezet op, detecteert mogelijke verstoringen en werkt proactief aan alternatieve scenario’s en noodplannen.\nRapportering en communicatie\nJe stelt rapporten, presentaties en andere communicatiemiddelen op om alle stakeholders op de hoogte te houden van de planningsstatus en lopende initiatieven.\nWie zoeken we?\nOpleiding\nJe beschikt over een bacheloropleiding in supply chain, business, engineering, een aanverwant studiegebied of gelijkwaardige relevante werkervaring.\nErvaring\nJe hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring in een supply chain- of operationsrol, bij voorkeur binnen een cGMP-omgeving in de biotech- of farmaceutische sector.\nTalen\nJe bent vloeiend in het Nederlands en/of Engels, met sterke mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.\nSterktes\nJe beschikt over uitstekende analytische vaardigheden en weet complexe data te interpreteren en uitdagingen om te zetten in opportuniteiten.\nJe bent sterk georganiseerd, kan prioriteiten stellen en meerdere taken tegelijk beheren.\nJe werkt graag zelfstandig, maar bent ook een echte people person die sterke samenwerkingen opbouwt met interne en externe stakeholders.\nJe hebt een probleemoplossende mindset en een sterke focus op continue verbetering.\nExpertise\nJe hebt een goede kennis van geavanceerde supply chain planningprincipes (materialenbeheer, productieplanning, …) en/of farmaceutische operaties.\nJe bent technologisch vaardig en past je snel aan nieuwe systemen, processen en procedures aan.
