It's an operations leadership role in a data-rich environment.\nYou'll take ownership of a busy, deadline-driven operation, helping your team manage large volumes of commercial data accurately while continually looking for smarter ways to work. You'll spot bottlenecks, challenge inefficient processes and use automation, technology and AI to help us scale.\nJust as importantly, you'll lead the people behind the operation. We want someone who knows how to delegate, develop a team, protect their capacity and create an environment where people can perform at their best, even when things get busy.\nIf you're the kind of leader who sees a complicated process and immediately starts thinking about how to make it simpler, faster and better, this could be a great opportunity for you.\nYour Impact:\nLead and develop a high-performing team, creating clear priorities, delegating effectively and building a positive culture where people feel supported, challenged and able to do their best work.\nOwn critical commercial operations cycles, ensuring large volumes of data are reviewed, processed and delivered accurately against demanding daily and monthly deadlines.\nMake our operation smarter, identifying bottlenecks and manual processes and introducing improvements through better workflows, automation, AI and technology.\nGet to the root of problems, spotting anomalies and investigating whether issues sit within data, mapping, logic or process before recommending practical solutions.\nManage competing priorities, understanding team capacity, escalating risks early and confidently challenging or reprioritising work when everything can't happen at once.\nHelp us scale, building processes that can handle increasing volume and complexity without relying on simply adding more people.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nStrong people leadership experience within a fast-paced operations environment, with the ability to delegate, coach, motivate and manage a busy team rather than trying to do everything yourself.\nA process-improvement mindset and examples of where you've simplified, automated or redesigned operational workflows to improve efficiency, quality or scalability.\nStrong analytical and logical thinking. You don't need to be a Data Analyst or know SQL, but you should be comfortable working with large volumes of data, spotting trends and anomalies and investigating root causes.\nConfidence working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities, with the judgement to know what needs immediate attention, what can wait and when something needs escalating.\nA proactive, solutions-focused approach. You don't just identify problems, you investigate them, bring ideas and help move things forward.\nConfidence with Excel and operational systems, alongside the curiosity to learn new tools quickly and explore how technology and AI can improve the way your team works.\nMeet the Team:\nYou'll manage a close-knit Commercial Operations team of around 7 people, with the team expected to grow to approximately 10, playing an important role in ensuring our commercial data is accurate and available when the wider business needs it.\nThe team manages high-volume operational processes across our partner accounts, from reviewing and validating commercial data to identifying anomalies, maintaining accurate tagging and attribution, and supporting the wider Commercial organisation.\nThere are important deadlines throughout every month, particularly around month-end, so this is a team that knows how to move quickly and deliver under pressure.\nThey're also a team with plenty of opportunity ahead.
