You’ll take ownership of SEO performance across key markets and complex initiatives, but you’ll also have the opportunity to zoom out, work with large datasets and help shape how we approach SEO at scale.\nWe’re investing in a more data-led, strategic and AI-enabled way of working, and you’ll play a key role in driving that forward. You’ll identify opportunities to use AI and automation, challenge existing processes and develop scalable solutions that can deliver meaningful impact across the wider SEO team.\nYou’ll have existing roadmaps, best practices and early AI experimentation to build from, but the autonomy to shape longer-term priorities and challenge how things are done. Whether you’re analysing the impact of changes across thousands of URLs, identifying strategic opportunities across markets or developing automated QA workflows, you’ll be expected to connect the dots, influence decisions and drive improvements across our portfolio.\nWe’re looking for an experienced SEO who combines strong analytical thinking with strategic judgement, thrives on solving complex problems and is excited by what AI and automation could unlock.
