These systems hold the source of truth for our brands, partners and commercial information, connecting business-critical data with the experiences our players use.\nThe challenge spans multiple domains, shared APIs and multi-tenant platforms. Your decisions will shape how information flows, how services scale and how confidently teams can build on them.\nYou’ll stay hands-on while influencing architecture, technical roadmaps and engineering standards across teams. Define clear domains, service boundaries and APIs that keep complex systems reliable, maintainable and ready to grow.\nTurn ambition into delivery. Partner with Product and business stakeholders to build technical roadmaps that balance immediate priorities with long-term capability.\nBuild it. Own it. Improve it. Write production code and take features from design through deployment, performance and ongoing operation.\n Raise the engineering bar. Mentor engineers, challenge assumptions and help teams make better technical decisions.\nConnect the dots. Make complex trade-offs clear and bring people together around a practical direction.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nA track record of building and operating complex backend services, with ownership of architecture, integrations and production performance.\nStrong backend engineering skills, in Node.js and TypeScript.
