Great treasury gives a business the confidence to move. You’ll make that happen through clear cash visibility, accurate covenant reporting and maintaining strong controls across our international Group.\nYou’ll own day-to-day treasury operations that turn strategy into action. From forecasting liquidity and managing global banking administration to spotting financial risks early, your work will help keep our cash positioned where it needs to be.\nThere’s room to make your mark. Working closely with our Head of Treasury and wider Finance team, you’ll help to improve forecasting, strengthen processes and build smarter ways of working through technology and automation.\nIf you enjoy getting into the detail and turning treasury strategy into operational excellence, this is an opportunity to put your treasury expertise to work on a global scale.\nIn this role, we value diverse perspectives and encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every qualification listed.\n\nYour Impact:\nGive the Group clear visibility of its liquidity & cash. Own daily and weekly liquidity forecasts, support medium-term forecasting and investigate variances to identify funding needs, risks and opportunities early.\nDeliver accurate, controlled covenant & debt reporting. Manage calculations, compliance monitoring and lender reporting, with robust supporting models and forward-looking analysis to flag potential pressures.\nKeep global banking & treasury operations running effectively. Manage banking administration, accounts, mandates and authorised signatories, maintaining accurate records within our governance framework.\nStrengthen visibility of financial risk. Monitor FX exposures and hedging positions, support stress testing and effectiveness assessments, build accurate reports and highlight changes or risks to the Head of Treasury.\nSupport and improve treasury processes. Maintain strong controls and clear procedures while improving data quality, increasing automation and supporting the implementation and optimisation of treasury systems.\nWhat You'll Bring:\nExperience in treasury, cash management or corporate finance within a commercial business, with the confidence to take ownership of day-to-day delivery.\nStrong cashflow and liquidity forecasting skills, including analysing variances and translating data into clear insight on cash positions and funding requirements.\nExperience preparing or managing covenant calculations, compliance monitoring and lender reporting, supported by accurate models and documentation.\nHands-on knowledge of banking administration, mandates and cash management processes, alongside a good understanding of FX and financial risk.\nStrong Excel, analytical and financial modelling skills, with an interest in using treasury technology and automation to improve how things work.\nClose attention to detail and sound judgement, knowing when to investigate, act or escalate, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across Finance.\nThe Interview Process:\n1st: Initial Chat with Talent Partner (30 mins via Zoom)\n2nd: Interview with our Finance & Treasury team (60 mins via Zoom)\n3rd: Take home task - you will be given a few days to complete the task and present it back to the team\n4th: Final interview with our Finance & People team (60 mins in our St Helier office)\nWhy Legend?\nSuper smart colleagues to work alongside and learn from.\nEngaging development opportunities at all levels.\nTailored flexibility for your work-life balance.\nAnnual discretionary bonus to reward your efforts.\nPaid annual leave PLUS a well-deserved break to recharge your batteries during the festive season!
