This position requires attention to detail, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nDuties\nSafely transports and moves boats and equipment as assigned, using forklift as needed\nFollows all safety and compliance regulations\nMaintains company vehicle in proper condition, upkeep of logs/mileage/fluid changes\nClearly communicates to management the schedule and timing of all assignments\nCompletes all other tasks as requested by management\nReports any damages or concerns about the boats or equipment to management\nOther duties as requested\nSKILLS\nExhibits positive and energetic demeanor in the work environment to contribute to Sales and Service team member objectives\nAbility to make independent decisions\nDemonstrates attentiveness when customers are on the lot, assisting as needed\nPromotes team attitude and supports other team members, departments and locations to ensure the customer has a seamless experience through the sale, delivery, and subsequent servicing of the boat\nPreserves the professional image of the company while traveling\nQUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS\nValid Commercia Driver’s License (CDL)\nExperience operating larger vehicles and transporting big equipment\nForklift certification preferred\nAuthorization to work in the US\nClean MVR\nPass drug screening and background check \nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nUse the table / checklist below to indicate what is required of this position.
