The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skill, and ability required.\nEducation and/or Experience\n- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, preferably in a bar or high-volume beverage service environment.\n- Previous experience in a lead or supervisory capacity preferred.\n- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.\nSkills and Abilities\n- Strong organizational and planning skills.\n- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills.\n- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.\n- Working knowledge of bartending operations, beverage service, and point-of-sale systems.\n- Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team in a fast-paced environment.\n- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.\n- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and resolve operational challenges during events.\n- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices and applicable regulations.\nComputer Skills\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, as well as familiarity with point-of-sale systems.\nOther Qualifications\n- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.\n- Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff, including management.\n- Ability to demonstrate leadership while maintaining a team-oriented approach.\n- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to regular business hours.\n- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume event environment.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that an employee must meet to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
