Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Supports the execution of bar operations for facility events, ensuring service standards, product quality, and client satisfaction. - Assists in establishing bar setup, product, staffing, and operational needs for assigned events. - Provides direction and guidance to bartenders and bar staff to ensure efficient and consistent service. - Assists management with work plans, scheduling, product ordering, and assigning daily responsibilities. - Oversees bar operations during events to ensure proper service, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with operational standards. - Assists with beverage service execution and maximizing bar sales opportunities during facility events. - Monitors inventory levels, assists with inventory counts, and communicates ordering needs to management. - Ensures proper cash handling, point-of-sale procedures, and adherence to established policies. - Monitors bar staff performance and provides coaching and guidance as needed. - Communicates operational concerns, staffing needs, and service issues to Food & Beverage management. - Assists with monitoring labor, beverage sales, and operational efficiency. - Ensures all
