Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day-to-day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nMaintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area.\nFollows rules and regulations of ASM Global Food & Beverage.\nInteracts with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.\nMonitors stock levels, obtains supplies and equipment as requested by management.\nEnsures that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.\nPerforms and assists with routine inventory on a daily basis of all required stock per area of responsibility.\nEnsures that requisitions are delivered in a timely manner.\nUnderstands the importance of prompt and efficient service and continually demonstrates this to the Bartenders, Servers, Concession Attendants and Management.\nConsistently stocks and organizes inventory based on first in, first out.\nDemonstrates exceptional time management skills and responds promptly to last minute requests.\nDemonstrates the ability to maintain equipment standards. Reports any equipment malfunctions immediately.\nConsistently follows departmental guidelines for sanitation and safety standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
