The ideal candidate will have the relevant bartending, customer service, and cash handling experience.\nThe main responsibility of the Event Bartender position is to provide quality customer service to customers attending events at our facility.\nOther responsibilities include:\nProvide great customer service Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner.\nMaintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions.\nMust be knowledgeable in operating a register.\nFollow established accurate cash handling/control procedures at all times.\nFollow established accurate inventory control procedures at all times.\nEnsure accurate and timely reporting to the Money Room and its Agents.\nCoordinate with the Concessions Supervisors, Cashiers and/or Runners adequate inventory levels for proper and uninterrupted concessions/bar service.\nPrepare all beverage items for sale in the station.\nFollow all rules and regulations which apply to the SAVOR/SMG and the SAVOR Safe Alcohol Management Program.\nRequests identification for every guest purchasing alcohol.\nMaintain safe, secure, and sanitary working conditions and leave work area in a clean and orderly fashion.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nMust have high school diploma or GED.\nMust be able to pass a credit, background and reference check.\nMust have minimum of 2 years verifiable experience as a bartender.\nMust have the relevant certifications necessary to work as a bartender in Bossier City.\nExperience working in a position requiring a high level of customer service.\nLicense or Certifications Required\nBossier Parish ABO (Alcoholic Beverage Operator)\nLACT (Louisiana Alcohol Compliance Trainers)\nWorking Conditions: Requires ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in addition to normal business hours.
