For more information, visit allegiantstadium.com or follow @allegiantstadm on X and @allegiantstadium on Instagram.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nEvent Management\nManage event builds, upsell opportunities, and seating/pricing configurations, in coordination with the promoter, event manager, and Ticketing Management Team.\nCollaborate with promoters, talent buyers, and venue partners by providing information and assistance promptly and accurately.\nCommunicate with Ticketmaster regarding events and necessary programming.\nStaff Management\nSupport daily operations of the Box Office, providing direction, coaching, and support for team members and Ticketing Management Team.\nHire, develop, and evaluate box office team members while fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional guest service.\nProvide required training and information to ensure that staff are well informed and properly trained regarding policies and procedures.\nStaff the box office by setting the monthly schedule in accordance with the event calendar.\nTrack attendance and address attendance issues with employees directly. Discuss performance issues with employees and escalate to Human Resources as needed.\nUse customer service skills, diplomacy, and good judgement to resolve any escalated customer service issues such as counterfeit tickets, refunds, reprints, etc.\nundefined\nAccounting/Financial Duties\nPrepare and distribute ticket sales reporting to Finance, promoters, and leadership, as needed.\nAudit and reconcile cash drawers and sale receipts for all ticket sellers.\n\nQualifications\nSuccess in this role requires a passion for leading a high-performing box office team, in a fast-paced entertainment environment, while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, communicates effectively, adapts quickly to evolving changes in ticketing technology, and maintains accuracy. These qualities are essential to creating seamless experiences for promoters, guests, and internal partners.\n\nEducation or Experience\nBachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, Hospitality, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nMinimum four (4) years of supervisory experience, in an arena, stadium, or other live entertainment venue, leading ticketing staff.\nDemonstrated experience using Ticketmaster Host and Archtics ticketing systems required.\nStrong knowledge of ticketing operations, financial reconciliation, event settlements, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.\nExperience collaborating with promoters, touring personnel, sports organizations, and venue leadership in a live event environment.\nWorking knowledge of ADA ticketing regulations and industry best practices.\nDemonstrates professionalism, dependability, sound judgment, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
