This may include family rooms, catering rooms, special events for KSE or Legends and all other catering events as needed.\nMust maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor at all times.\nReports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner. Set up needs to be completed quickly and efficiently 30 mins prior to event start.\nNeed open availability\nFulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management.\nMaintains the highest level of professionalism and service while abiding by Legends’ service standards.\nSets up 30 mins in advance, maintains, and responsibility for breaks down and close for all functions.\nIs knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the stadium.\nMust have extensive knowledge of food and beverage menus, specials, and services offered. Including having bartending, serving and catering experience\nMust abide by Legends Alcohol service policies, carding every transaction, and not overserving guests.\nAbides by Legends Sequence of Service when interacting with guests, including card and payment received for every transaction.\nMaintains a clean, neat, and safe work environment.\nCommunicates and works as a team with other leads and Management\nWorks as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the catering departments, club spaces for private events or VIP events and arena.\nPerforms and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.\nMust be able to communicate fluently with guests in English.\nQualifications:\nwill not be considered without 3 years Catering experience; and must also have 2 years bartending experience and mixing drinks.\nMust be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.\nMust be able to work in a team environment and be a self starter\nMust be able to remain calm under stressful situations.\nMust be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.\nMust be able to make generalizations, evaluations, and decisions without immediate supervision.\nMust be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nMust be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule. Nights, evenings weekends an some early am events or breakfastsThis role needs open availability. \nMust be able to work at a fast pace and meet deadlines. \nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs while walking, must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, pull and push loaded carts, move tables and chairs and set up event spaces. .\nRole included constant standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting and repetitive motions like opening drinks. Able to perform normal lifting and restocking of stock\nMust be able to operate the POS. Must be comfortable carding guests every transaction and cutting off service if needed.\nMust be very professional and discreet with the VIP's, artists, players, families and client and exercise extreme confidentiality.\nPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.\nLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
