Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; rewarding and disciplining employees in conjunction with HR.\nQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:\nA minimum of three years’ general labor and supervisory experience preferred\nExcellent communication skills\nKnowledge of mechanical functions\nPrevious facility experience is preferred\nHigh school diploma/GED preferred\nBasic computer skills preferred\nExperience with CAD preferred\nMust have access to reliable transportation\nWORKING ENVIRONMENT:\nRequires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hours.\nThis position requires work inside and/or outside of the building as needed and is subject to changing climate and adverse weather conditions.\nThe worker may be subject to noise.
