Trains personnel supervises and directs the work activities of others. Join us to make legends happen!\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nSupervises and coordinates activities of stand workers. Assign duties within the stand\nAnalyzes and resolves all problems with the assistance of Concession Supervisor and/or other management\nOversees and/or participates in stand set-up and closing procedures\nEnsures that all workstations and the back of stand and storerooms remain clean and sufficiently stocked. Order replacement stock as necessary\nEfficiently and accurately completes required paperwork\nInvestigates discrepancies in inventory\nOn an event basis, ensures accuracy of location bank, opening and closing inventory, product transfers, spoilage, and meals\nEnsures accurate transaction totals on a random basis for all stand workers\nKeeps a quality appearance of the concession location at all times\nAt closing, works with other stand personnel to properly clean equipment and organize stock for next event\nPerforms other duties as assigned by management\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.\nMust be at least 18 years of age\nPrior experience as a stand attendant/worker or other food service worker is necessary\nAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards\nMust be able to handle a Point of Sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue and inventory efficiently and the ability to multitask in a fast paced, team orientated setting\nMust be able to work fluently in English\nAbility to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions\nAbility to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps\nAbility to work all Venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays\nMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time\nMust have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certificates\nCompensation: $24.00ph\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands to finger, and handle controls. The employee frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is required to stand, walk, and stoop.
