Join us to make legends happen!\n Responsibilities:\nThe Concession Stand Worker is responsible for providing excellent customer service by selling products and efficiently processing electronic payments using a point-of sale (POS) system in a non-cash venue. All Concession Stand Workers report directly to the Concessions Manager of their assigned level.\nPrepares simple menu items.\nSells items, collects payment via POS (Non- cash environment)\nInteract with customers in order to assure customer satisfaction.\nCarefully enters all sales into the POS system to ensure that all purchases are accurately recorded.\nClean up; store product; remove trash and garbage to dumpster.\nServes patrons’ food and beverage order quickly in proper portions with a courteous demeanor.\nVerifies I.D. on all customers ordering alcohol.\nSuggestively sell and up sell items.\nMaintains a clean, neat and safe work area.\nInteract with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards, company inventory procedures.\nAbility to perform arithmetic operation involving all United States monetary units (add, subtract, multiply and divide). Qualifications:\nAll applicants must be at least 18 years of age.\nAbility to interact with co-workers in order to assure compliance with company service standards.\nAbility to multi task in a fast paced, team orientated setting.\nMust be able to work fluently in English.\nAbility to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions.\nAbility to lift and carry items weighing 10-30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps.\nAbility to work all Stadium events, including: extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.\nMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including: constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time.\nMust have state and local health requirements for food handlers/ ServSafe Certifications and RBS (Responsible Beverage Service) Certified.\nCompensation: $22.00 p/h\nPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.\nLegends is an Equal Opportunity employer.
