Responsible for - operating the concession stand in accordance with Legends Global policies and procedures and is responsible for providing a quality product to patrons in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner and utilizing our Guest Service Standards and Responsible Alcohol Service in all transactions.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nInclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.\nFollows Concession Manager/Supervisor’s assignments for opening procedures and food preparation.\n\nPrepares food and beverage items using proper procedures and sanitation guidelines.\n\nIs cost conscious, does not over-portion and records all waste.\n\nKeeps work area and equipment neat and clean.\n\nProperly cleans equipment and follows the Concession Manager/Supervisor’s closing instructions.\n\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation and/or Experience\nPrevious food service experience preferred.\n\nMust be at least 19 years of age and able to pass a credit check.\n\nSkills and Abilities\nExcellent guest service skills: ability to adhere to Universal Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance are crucial.\n\nAbility to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training.\n\nEffective communication skills: ability to communicate with coworkers and guests and receive orders.\n\nAbility to work effectively with others.\n\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPhysical Demands\nAbility to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift.\n\nConstant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.\n\nAbility to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds.\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
