Collectively, our leadership has over 300 years of experience in sales and sponsorship, analytics and valuation, hospitality and operations.\nResponsibilities\nThis position is responsible for preparing and cooking food items that result in high quality of taste and appearance to satisfy guests and maximize food revenues.\nObserve and practice all established health and sanitation procedures.\nEnsure all products are prepared, held and served at correct temperatures.\nEnsure the proper rotation, labeling and dating of all products.\nUse the proper utensils and portions at all times.\nKeep work area clean, sanitized, and organized.\nKeep management informed of food quantities and quality in prep, on the line and in holding cabinets.\nCoordinate orders to ensure they are cooked timely and with accuracy\nAssist with re-stocking of all paper supplies and food items as needed.\nAssist other positions when needed.\nPerform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Training Manual.\nMay be assigned to work multiple stations throughout the shift.\nImplement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or serving areas.\nEnsure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.\nPerform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time. Qualifications\n6 months+ experience in food preparation in a fast paced environment.\nMust be able to interact verbally and listen attentively to co-workers and supervisors.\nAbility to follow written and oral direction.\nAbility to work under pressure and independently.\npay rate - $23-$24 per hour\nPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job specific safety training.\nLegends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
