additional hospitality, food service, or supervisory training preferred.\n Minimum one (1) year of experience in food service, concessions, hospitality, retail, or a related operational environment.\nDemonstrated leadership ability with experience providing direction, coaching, and support to team members.\nAbility to maintain a high level of guest service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nStrong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to follow oral and written instructions and effectively communicate with employees, management, and guests.\nBasic mathematical skills required for inventory verification, stand reconciliations, and operational documentation.\nKnowledge of food safety, sanitation procedures, and applicable health regulations preferred.\nMust be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.\nAbility to remain flexible and adapt quickly to changing operational needs.\nExperience working with Microsoft Office programs and event management systems preferred.\nMust be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements, including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nLocation: On Site Brookshire Grocery Arena Bossier City, LA\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
