The Conversion Crew is responsible for the arena set up from event to event. Conversion Crew is under supervision of the Conversion Manager & Director of Operations.\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILIES:\nResponsible for the conversion from event to event. Work involves, but not limited to, moving equipment, setting up equipment such as stages, basketball floor, hockey dasher walls and some forklift operation.\nResponsible for ensuring equipment is set up according to manufacturer guidelines and Company policy.\nAbility to adhere and abide by all accesso ShoWare Center/Legends Policies and Procedures.\nAbility to be able to follow written and verbal directions.\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nMust be able to lift 50lbs or more on a regular basis.\nMust be able to stand, walk and bend on a continuous basis.\nMust be able to work well in teams and individually.\nMust be able to communicate, both written and verbal, in English.\nMust be able to work nights, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours. Shifts are generally overnight and could range from 4 hours to 12+ hours.\nMust be able to work in a manner that is safe and effective.\nMust have a clean criminal background.\nReliable transportation is a must.\nEmployees are eligible to join our 401K after 1 year and 1000 hours of service. Holidays worked are paid at time and a half. Sick Time is accrued at 1 hour for every 30 worked and can be used in 2-hour increments or more.
