THE ROLE

We are looking forCooks to join our team at New Highmark Stadium in Buffalo, NY. As a Cook, youareresponsible forproducing all assigned menu items in an efficient and consistent manner while following Legends’ specifications, recipes and technique andmaintainingsanitation standards.If you are looking to be a part of the excitement and energy of live stadium events, this is your opportunity to join a fast-paced and team-oriented environment!

Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follows Executive Chef, SousChefsand/or Culinary Supervisors/Leads assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.

• Prepares food items bycomplying withportionsize, quality standards, departmental rules,policiesand procedures.

• MaintainsHACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product,cleanlinessand sanitation standards.

• Maintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls,floorsand drains.

• Ensures all food preparation equipment is clean,sanitized,and kept in a safe and operable condition; report issues to lead or supervisor.

• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• ServSafeAllergens and Food Handler, preferred or ability toattainthe required food safety certifications prior to working events.

• Elevated time management, organizational, and prioritizing skills.

• Ability to lift and transport food and other items weighing up to 30 pounds, occasionally 50 pounds.

• Must be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.

• Practice safe work habits, follow all safetypolicies and proceduresand regulations, complete company-wide safetytrainingandadditionaljob specific safety training.

COMPENSATION

Competitive salaryof $18-$20/hr.commensuratewith experience.

• Constant standing, twisting, walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions.

• Ability to work in all weather conditions.

• Exposure to loud noises (i.e., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold

• Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
