Sounds like a winning formula for you.Join us!\nTHE ROLE\nThe Culinary Supervisor reports to theExecutive and ExecutiveSous Chefs andis responsibleforcoordinatingthe day-to-day operations oftheassigned area.Opening in the 2026 NFL season, The New Highmark Stadium will become the new home of the Buffalo Bills. As the largest construction project in Western New York history, this stadium will havestate-of-the-arttechnology that will enhance the fan experience. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.\nESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nFollows Executive Chef and/or Sous Chefs assignments for opening and closing procedures and food preparation.Report back to Chefs daily on progress and needs.\n\nLeads a team with respect and commitment to exceeding guest expectations daily.\n\nPerforms daily uniform checks with staff and help Chefs tomaintainstandards in the kitchen.\n\nEnsures assigned staffpreparefood items bycomplying withportionsize, quality standards, departmental rules,policiesand procedures.\n\nMaintainsHACCP standards ensuring a high-quality level of food, food temperatures, rotation of product,cleanlinessand sanitation standards.\n\nMaintains cleanliness of kitchen including walk-in coolers, dry storage, shelves, walls,floorsand drains.\n\nEnsures all food preparation equipment is clean, sanitized and is kept in a safe and operablecondition,and reports issues to the Chefs.\n\nIdentifiesand stores meats, poultry, seafood, pasta, starches, dairy products, and all other food items according to established standards.\n\nParticipate in inventory monthly fordepartmentof responsibility.\n\nParticipates as a team player with specific responsibilities, as related to preparation, excellentservice,and delivery ofproducts.\n\nAdhere to the Legends Uniform and Grooming guidelines.\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
