As a Dishwasher, you are responsible for the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchenware, utensils, and food preparation areas. Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nWashes, rinses and sanitizes dishes, pots, pans, utensils and small wares in accordance with established procedures.\nOrganizes and properly stores all clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in designated areas.\nRemoves garbage and recycling promptly and disposes of waste in accordance with established sanitation and safety standards.\nCleans and maintains kitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, dry storage and dish areas.\nCleans and sanitizes kitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions.\nMaintains organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations.\nMust be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays including all games and major stadium and catering events.\nOther duties as assigned.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
