  • Collaborate with conversion, event operations, facility management, and security teams to coordinate cleaning needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal environmental and health regulations.
  • Provide leadership and assist as needed with event set-up, tear-down and clean-up during event changeovers, ensuring efficient turnaround of spaces.
  • Prepare reports on staff performance, equipment maintenance, and supply usage.
  • Work flexible, extended and/or irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in custodial, janitorial, or environmental services-preferably in a sports, entertainment, or convention facility.
  • Knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and use of industrial cleaning equipment.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • Tolerant to work under adverse outdoor conditions including extreme heat or cold and exposure to heavy dust, dirt and cleaning agent odors.
  • Comfortable working in varied environments, including ice rinks, large crowds, and noisy conditions.
  • Ability to operate and maintain cleaning machinery and equipment safely.
