Coordinators are responsible for their assigned orders and events. This includes documenting requirements, communicating them to installing departments, verifying services on-site, and making sure all services are billed accurately.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:\nServe as a primary point of contact for utility service orders, and explain ordering procedures, deadlines, pricing, and facility policies.\nRespond to external and internal requests within department response standards, and follow up on incomplete or conflicting orders before move-in.\nReview booth layouts against ordered services and prepare accurate marked-up floor plans for installing departments.\nCommunicate service requirements and changes to electricians, engineers, IT, and other departments, and confirm receipt.\nStaff the Exhibitor Services Desk during assigned event hours. Process on-site orders and changes ensuring they are billed and installed accurately.\nRespond to customer concerns professionally. Escalate unresolved issues and safety concerns to the Exhibitor Services Manager promptly.\nAudit the show floor to verify that all services in use are ordered and paid for. Process charges and collect payment before the show closes.\nAccurately enter orders, calculate charges, and process payments.\nFinalize utility charges and prepare event summaries for billing by the closeout deadline.\nFollow department procedures and perform other related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
