This position is for a Culinary candidate who is looking to grow their lifetime career.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare and cook daily staff meals for employees across departments\nPlan balanced menus that accommodate dietary needs, allergies, and cultural preferences\nExecute bulk food production efficiently for large employee counts\nEnsure meals are ready and served on schedule for shifts and breaks\nMaintain proper food temperatures, storage, labeling, and sanitation standards\nMonitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to the Catering Chef\nAssist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products\nMaintain a clean, organized staff kitchen and serving area\nSupport premium catering production and service as directed by the Catering Chef once staff meal duties are fulfilled or other building kitchens depending on the event.\nFollow all health, safety, and company policies\nSupport additional kitchen duties as assigned\nQualifications\n2 years Experience in high-volume cooking, institutional cooking, or employee dining preferred\nStrong knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food safety practices\nAbility to work independently and create and cook this meal and as part of a team\nAbility to follow recipes while adapting for large-batch production\nFlexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and event days\nAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs\nCulinary education preferred\nIntermediate Knife Skills\nWork Environment\nThis position operates in a fast-paced crowded kitchen supporting large-scale events and daily venue operations.
