Join us!\nTHE ROLE\nThe Facility Worker supports day-to-day facility operations and maintenance to ensure venues remain clean, safe, and operational for events, tenants, and guests. This role performs general maintenance, setup, and custodial tasks while supporting event changeovers and ongoing building needs.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nPerform general facility maintenance including basic repairs, cleaning, and upkeep\nAssist with event setups, room conversions, and breakdowns according to event schedules\nConduct routine inspections of facility areas to identify maintenance or safety concerns\nRespond promptly to work orders and facility requests\nMaintain cleanliness of interior and exterior venue spaces\nAssist skilled trades and contractors as directed\nFollow safety procedures and use equipment and tools properly\nSupport emergency response efforts as needed\nPerform other duties as assigned to support venue operations\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES\nThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
