Greeter shall maintain an excellent public image for the Sanford Center, and shall interact with employees, patrons, and vendors regarding amenities, art, policies, procedures and overall operating guidelines of Legends Global/The Sanford Center.\nPrimary Duties and Responsibilities\nMeet and greet guests; help in answering questions, provide directions to locations within our facility as well as to various amenities and services.\nInquiry, inform guests of amenities and walking distance locations.\nOffer solutions to any guest complaints and problems; follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.\nRefer unusual or difficult questions and problems to Guest Services Lead to ensure proper resolution.\nQualifications\nTo be successful in this position, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position is subject to adverse weather conditions. Requires radio usage of a two-way hand-held radio.
