Join us in elevating the fan experience through unparalleled guest service and pride to make Raymond James Stadium one of the best stadiums in the NFL.\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nSupport day-to-day HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, scheduling, communications, payroll documentation, uniform tracking, and general employee support.\nMaintain accurate files, spreadsheets, rosters, trackers, credentials, and other administrative documentation while handling employee information confidentially.\nAssist with the preparation, distribution, tracking, and troubleshooting of employee and event credentials.\nSupport pre-event preparation, including staffing, check-in materials, uniforms, signage, supplies, rosters, and event documentation.\nAssist with employee check-in, location preparation, inventory checks, audits, walkthroughs, and other operational needs before, during, and after events.\nServe as a flexible resource for HR and Event Operations by responding to changing priorities, time-sensitive requests, and special projects.\nWork collaboratively with managers, supervisors, employees, vendors, and event partners to support efficient event operations.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting/filtering, formatting, data entry, and tracking information.\nStrong organizational, communication, time-management, technology, and attention-to-detail skills.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, work independently and collaboratively, and maintain confidentiality.\nAbility to learn new systems quickly and adapt to changing operational needs.\nReliable and flexible availability, with the ability to work scheduled games, concerts, and major events.\nMust be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.\nThis is a part-time position averaging approximately 20-30 hours per week, consisting of a combination of administrative and event-based hours.\nLegends & ASM Global is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer, and encourages Women, Minorities, Individuals with Disabilities, and protected Veterans to apply.
