Join us!\nTHE ROLE\nThe Inventory Clerk supports the day-to-day inventory and stockroom operations for the Corporate Dining team. This position is responsible for receiving deliveries, maintaining accurate inventory records, organizing storage areas, and ensuring all food, beverage, and operational supplies are properly stocked and available to support daily dining operations. The Inventory Clerk works closely with culinary, purchasing, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy, product quality, and a clean, organized stockroom environment.\nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nReceive and inspect food, beverage, and operational supply deliveries to ensure products arrive on time, in proper condition, and match purchase orders.\n\nVerify quantities, product quality, expiration dates, and delivery documentation upon receipt.\n\nStock and organize inventory in designated storage areas, including dry storage, refrigerated, and frozen locations.\n\nMaintain accurate inventory records and enter receiving data into inventory management systems as required.\n\nMonitor inventory levels and notify management of low-stock items, shortages, or product discrepancies.\n\nRotate inventory using First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to minimize waste and ensure product freshness.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe stockroom environment that complies with food safety and company standards.\n\nAssist with issuing products and supplies to culinary and front-of-house teams as needed.\n\nIdentify and report damaged, expired, or unusable products and coordinate proper disposal or replacement.\n\nSupport receiving and storage procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and food safety regulations.\n\nAssist with special projects, event inventory preparation, and operational support as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nAll applicants must be at least 18 years of age\n\nCustomer service is a must\n\nCashier experience is a must\n\nAbility to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards\n\nAbility to multitask in a fast paced, team-oriented environment\n\nMust be fluent in English. Bilingual is a plus\n\nAbility to work independently and/or in a team environment\n\nAbility to work in an open aired environment during all climate conditions\n\nAbility to lift and carry items weighing up to 30 pounds, up and down stairs/ramps\n\nMust be able to stand for extended hours\n\nAbility to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays\n\nMust have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including standing, constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time\n\nMust meet state and local health requirements for food handlers and alcoholic beverage services\n\nPractice safe work habits, follow safety policies, procedures, and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any addition job specific safety training\n\nReliable transportation is a must\n\nLegends Global is an Equal Opportunity employer.
