Responsible for the overall supervision of a designated area within the building. Ensures that all departmental needs and procedures are met.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEnsure that concession stands maintain sufficient product levels to service the event.\nDirect concession/bartender stand personnel to assure delivery of excellent customer service to guests attending the event.\nDirect stand/bartender personnel in established food production for the event by utilizing provided production sheets.\nReads, understands and communicates all pertinent event information as discussed in pre-shift meetings.\nContacts warehouse for additional inventory needed during event.\nAssures that all stand personnel are compliant with alcohol service policy.\nAssures that all products are merchandised properly and re-stocked as needed.\nTrouble shoots equipment and records any equipment needing repairs or replacement.\nMust be familiar with POS system and provide training to new stand personnel.\nRecords opening & closing inventories, product transfers and product waste and or spoilage.\nMaintains cleanliness and organization in the concession stands at opening, during event and closing.\nCompletes all required event related paperwork.\nFollows and receives directions from Assistant Food & Beverage Manager\nSupervisory Responsibilities\nDirectly supervises all concession stand personnel / bartenders. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning and directing work; disciplining employees in conjunction with Human Resources; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nEducation and/or Experience\nHigh School diploma or general education degree (GED); or 3-6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience\nSkills and Abilities\nAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.\nKnowledge of concession operations\nAbility to add, subtract, multiply and divide (basic mathematics skills).\nAbility to communicate and execute instructions via radio (walkie talkie)\nAbility to regularly move and lift up to 50 pounds.\nComputer Skills\nSome computer skills are required.\nOther Qualifications\nMust be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends and holidays.\nMust be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit upon hire.\nAttend all Legends GlobalAlcohol and Policy Training Classes \nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
