Join us!\nFishers Event Center has an excellent and immediate opening for a part-time Non-Profit Organization Coordinator. The Non-Profit Organization Coordinator supports event day operations by preparing, documenting, and guiding NPO groups.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nServe as the secondary point of contact for participating NPOs, building strong relationships with group leaders and maintaining consistent communication regarding events, requirements, and program updates.\nCoordinate NPO staffing for events, including staffing commitments, group assignments, volunteer rosters, call times, and event-day check-in.\nMaintain accurate and organized records of NPO participation, attendance, training requirements, staffing assignments, and other required documentation.\nProactively identify staffing shortages and work with existing and prospective NPO partners to ensure event staffing needs are met.\nRecruit, onboard, and develop new NPO partnerships to support the continued growth and success of the program.\nManage event-day NPO check-in and assist with resolving call-outs, late arrivals, roster discrepancies, and other staffing challenges.\nCommunicate and reinforce company, venue, food safety, alcohol service, cash-handling, uniform, training, and operational expectations with participating organizations.\nPartner with Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and other departments to support the overall success and continuous improvement of the NPO program.\nPerform additional staffing, administrative, and event-related duties as assigned.\nQualifications\n· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required\nEducation and/or Experience\n· At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a hospitality establishment\nMust possess a valid Indiana Server Liquor License and certificate of completion of Indiana Excise training courses\nSkills and Abilities\nExcellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\nStrong relationship-building and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with community organizations, volunteers, and internal leadership.\nPrevious experience in staffing, scheduling, volunteer coordination, hospitality, event operations, community outreach, or a related field preferred.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.\nStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple organizations, rosters, deadlines, and event requirements simultaneously.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced event environment.\nAbility to accurately maintain and reconcile staffing, attendance, invoicing, and payment records.\nMust be proactive, dependable, professional, and self-motivated.\nMust be available to work event days, including days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours as required.\nWORKING CONDITIONS\nLocation: Fishers Event Center\nPHYSICAL DEMANDS\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
