Join us to make legends happen!\nResponsibilities:\nMust maintain a friendly, positive attitude and a professional demeanor always.\nReports for scheduled event on time and reports to assigned area in a timely manner.\nFulfills opening and closing duties as dictated by management.\nMust maintain a friendly and accommodating demeanor when taking orders for suites.\nMust organize all suite orders to ensure proper delivery of orders.\nEnters in all event day orders into the POS system and reconciles all advance Suite orders.\nMust work with all Suite Attendants in obtaining accurate payment from each suite.\nResponsible for properly controlling inventory in the Suite Pantry.\nWorks as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the stadium.\nPerforms and successfully completes tasks assigned by management.\nResponsible for reconciliation of cash deposit at close of event.\nQualifications:\nStadium/Arena suites experience preferred; orientation and on-the-job training are provided.\nCash handling/point of sale (pos) system experience preferred.\nMust be pleasant, courteous, and enjoy working with people.\nMust be able to work in a team environment.\nMust be able to remain calm under stressful situations.\nMust be able to smile, maintain positive body language, and consistently provide positive guest service.\nMust be able to generalize, make evaluations and decisions without immediate supervision.\nMust be able to accept and carry out responsibility for directions.\nMust be at least 18 years old\nMust be willing to work hours that vary, according to the event schedule\nMust be able to work at a fast pace\nRequired Certifications:\nCA Food Handlers Certification\nCA Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification\nKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities:\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office including, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent\nCompensation: $30.22p/h\nUnion Membership:\nThis position is represented by Unite Here Local 11. Please note that union dues are required as part of membership.\nPhysical Requirements:\nConstant standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
