Under direction of the Director of Finance, the Part Time Parking Cashier team member's primary responsibilities include the following functions in accordance with ASM policies.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.\nOperation of credit card transaction machine.\nCounting of cash and providing accurate change on a timely basis.\nPerform exceptional customer service.\nDirect and assist patrons\nBalance accountability of issued bank and cash received and credit card payments.\nResponsible for reconciling credit cards and cash payments at the end of the shift.\nReport to work when scheduled, on time, in proper and clean uniform, including badge\nPersonal appearance and grooming must conform to SCC dress code.\nResponsible for reporting any issues to management that impede the flow of parking/traffic.\nOther duties may be assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nThis position does not have supervisory responsibilities.\nWorking Conditions\nThe working hours are scheduled based on the needs the facility. PART-TIME ON-CALL scheduling.\nThere is no guarantee of hours on a weekly basis.\nMust have reliable transportation and be able to report to work as scheduled.\nMaintain a client service oriented attitude.\nAbility to work long and irregular hours that may vary due to functions and may include day, evening, weekends and holidays and can work flex\nible schedules\nQualifications\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
