Join us to make legends happen!\nResponsibilities\nCollects and validates time-keeping records for non-exempt staff.\nPrepares venue payroll in a timely and accurate manner. Includes recording and processing of hours of work, maintaining payroll controls, records, and support.\nData processing in HRIS and Time & Attendance system • Review and process employee new hire/rehire information and terminations.\nResponsible for accuracy of all payrolls.\nEnsures all payroll forms are distributed, received, recorded, and filed as appropriate.\nProvides customer service to all internal employees and outside contacts. Qualifications\nMust have solid understanding of payroll processes and procedures • Must have proficiency in Microsoft Excel\nGeneral knowledge of basic accounting practices • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills\nAble to maintain a high level of confidentiality\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced environment and stadium event schedule\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment\nExperience with Ultimate Software (ABI / Workday) Systems preferred\nOther accounting related tasked may be assigned as needed.\nPractice safe work habits, follow all safety policies and procedures and regulations, complete company-wide safety training and any additional job-specific safety training.
