The Premium Service Representative should be a professional, customer service-oriented, well organized, and positive individual.\nAbout the Project/Venue\nThe Tampa Bay Rays are developing a state-of-the-art ballpark at Hillsborough College in Tampa’s Westshore district, targeting a 2029 opening. This public-private partnership anchors the Champions Quarter mixed-use district. With 11,500 premium seats designed to set new MLB benchmarks, Legends Global seeks exceptional leaders to drive this transformational project.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)\nServe as the main point of contact for assigned premium seating accounts, providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.\nLead onboarding, communication, and hospitality efforts to ensure a high-quality, year-round premium experience.\nManage the full lifecycle of premium accounts, including contract preparation and execution, invoicing, and payment collection with a focus on achieving 100% collections annually.\nTrack and report on collections efforts.\nCollaborate on creation and delivery of premium communications.\nAssist premium clients with navigating their online accounts for ticket management and making payments.\nDeliver consistent monthly touchpoints in-person or via email, phone, or written communication to enhance engagement and satisfaction.\nMaintain detailed and accurate account information, contracts, and client notes in CRM (i.e. Salesforce).\nSupport the premium sales team during the sales process by joining meetings when necessary, processing payments, and creating accounts in ProVenue.\nRespond promptly to service-related inquiries from clients and prospects with professionalism and discretion.\nContribute to the planning and execution of special events with a focus on existing client satisfaction as well as supporting sales initiatives (i.e. VIP receptions, deposit conversions, gamedays, out-of-market trips).\nHost premium seating clients at all planned events.\nAssist with day-to-day operations of the Experience Center.\nIdentify opportunities to enhance the client journey and drive additional revenue.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nProvide support for any inbound service-related calls from premium accounts.\nWHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)\nBachelor’s Degree\nMinimum two to three years’ of sports, sales, service or hospitality industry experience\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nResourceful, innovative and forward-thinking\nExcellent time management and organizational skills\nStrong team-oriented work ethic and a positive, “Service-First” attitude.\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels both internally and externally.\nAbility to work well within a team environment, aiding and supporting team members.\nPrevious working experience with CRM and ticketing systems (i.e. Salesforce, Archtics, ProVenue).\nAbility to work flexible hours (including evenings, weekends, and holidays).\nWORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL\nRole requires regular on-site presence to support project launch, client partnership, team leadership, and venue-related activity.\nAbility to work both traditional and non-traditional hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules as business needs require.\nLegends Global has assembled the most powerful network in sports, live entertainment, and venues - not just the collection of venues and partners, but the people behind them.
