Join us as we remember the past, while looking forward to the future.\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS\nManage and issue purchase orders in our inventory software\n\nMaintain and optimizeinventory order guides, ensuring accuratepricing, item setup, and vendor alignment\n\nCoordinate purchasing cycles around event schedules, ensuring all locations are fully stocked for game days and high-volume events\n\nPartner with warehouse teams to support accuratereceiving, inventory counts, and reconciliation of discrepancies\n\nMonitor inventory levels and key product movement to prevent stockouts and reduce excess inventory\n\nGenerate and analyze reports on usage, purchasingtrends, and cost variances to support operational decision-making\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with culinary, concessions, and operations teams to align purchasingwith menu execution and demand planning\n\nAdheres to the Legends Global and venue company policies.\n\nOther duties as assigned by management.\n\nAvailable to work non-traditional hours (Nights, Weekends & Holidays)\n\nQUALIFICATIONS\nTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm.
